We love watching the sunset over Chiemsee here. The drinks are good, unfortunately the kitchen ran out of food on the last evening we were here, but it was admittedly very busy for mid-April. Would absolutely recommend and even say that you’re missing out if you don’t sit and watch the sunset here. There is also a playground for kids right next door, so families are very welcome.

Drink cocktail while enjoying sunset. In the daytime you can swim 🏊‍♂️ Unfortunately, it's not a good place for dinner, there's not so many choices to eat. On weekends it’s always full and difficult to get a parking place. Don't forget to bring mosquito lotion. Sometimes there are a lot of mosquitoes attacking.

One of the best places I have been to in Bavaria. It has all you need to have a good summer day. Music, bar, good food, beach, chaise longues. Will definitely come back again.
