The place is very nice and well developed for tourists. All the shops that guests need are available. Negative: The Kneipp basin in the spa park was unfortunately dry in July. Reason: Water scarcity. I find this information a bit suspicious. I think that filling it up wouldn't immediately cause a water emergency. With the tourist tax that needs to be paid, the water should actually be included, especially if it's advertised. There's also a stream nearby. Maybe they could have connected the basin with this water (like in Ramsau or Unterwössen).

Cycling on the Chiemsee circular path between Übersee and Bernau. Either there are potholes or bumps, and on the path between Rottau and Übersee, the grass on the left and right of the path towards the Torfbahnhof should be mowed. Additionally, the beach at the kiosk in Felden should be cleaned from the debris left by the geese.
