I've been receiving ongoing treatment there for almost a year now, and I'm very satisfied! No matter who answers the phone, you always get a friendly staff member! Scheduling appointments is always seamless, whether you need to reschedule, need new appointments, or if the therapy center contacts you when a slot opens up unexpectedly. The therapists are conscientious and always check in before starting a session to see how you're doing and address any concerns or problem areas. I always feel very comfortable there! The parking lot is right in front of the building and is large enough to easily maneuver out, even for those with limited mobility. The facilities are on the ground floor and easily accessible via a few stairs (a wide staircase with a handrail outside). The 5 stars are well deserved!
