I don't get it by what right city or government is dogs forbidden. Animals are like deer but clean ones. I would like to see how you prevent wild animals from going there. And boots and dirty people are okay.

Very nice, well-maintained beach pool with a kiosk and toilets. Changing rooms and a children's playground are available. Trash cans every few meters. Really well kept! It's a shame that dogs are not allowed on the premises. I can understand that some dog owners misbehave, not leashing their dogs or letting them go on the lawn... But all those who walk their dogs on a leash and take their waste with them are punished. Since there is a strict dog ban here, one star deduction.
