Patch.Work GmbH | Conferences & Coworking

Patch.Work GmbH in Seeon-Seebruck is much more than a classic workplace. The location combines modern office spaces, flexible conference rooms, a café concept, and a consciously sustainable architecture into a place where work, exchange, and events come together. Nestled in the Chiemgau, at the edge of a forest and recreational area, Patch.Work caters to companies, freelancers, teams, founders, and individuals seeking an inspiring setting for meetings, workshops, or events. The blend of professional infrastructure and pleasant atmosphere is particularly strong: here, high-tech meets timber construction, community meets retreat space, and event character meets functional clarity. The location between Munich and Salzburg makes it additionally attractive, as it is both regionally accessible and particularly scenic. According to its official representation, Patch.Work sees itself as a creative hub for doers, visionaries, and innovators; the tourist site describes it as a modern office and event location with versatile options for events, seminars, training, meetings, and coworking. This breadth makes the place highly relevant for searches for patch work gmbh, patch work co, patch working, or patch werk. ([patch-work.co](https://www.patch-work.co/ueber-uns))

Conferences, Seminars, and Event Spaces at Patch.Work

Those searching for patch work conferences or patch work seminars will find in Patch.Work a location specifically designed for this purpose. The official website describes the event and conference rooms as part of an infrastructure of cohesion that connects people, fosters ideas, and strengthens community. This is not just a nice phrase, but is also reflected in practical planning: rooms can be flexibly arranged for seminars, workshops, team events, and hybrid formats, and offers are tailored to individual needs according to the website. The tourist site adds that event space, conference, and meeting rooms are available from 14 to 280 square meters and can accommodate up to 160 people. Thus, Patch.Work is suitable for both smaller strategy meetings and larger events with multiple stations or parallel working groups. The combination of professionalism and inspiration is particularly interesting, as the building is modern, bright, and individually designed without appearing sterile. For organizers, this means: the space supports content rather than overshadowing it. That is precisely why Patch.Work is perceived not only as a conference venue but as a versatile event location. Those looking for an environment that combines concentration, exchange, and creative dynamics will find a solid foundation here. ([patch-work.co](https://www.patch-work.co/tagungen-und-seminare))

Additionally, Patch.Work also supports the content implementation according to the official website. The team assists in selecting trainers and coaches, accompanies on-site planning, and supports in-person and hybrid events upon request. This form of service is particularly valuable for companies when a workshop is intended not just as a room rental but as a complete experience. Culinary components can also be integrated, from coffee breaks to individual menus, ensuring that conferences are not interrupted but productively complemented. For longer formats, there are partner hotels nearby; the website even mentions a shuttle service to comfortably organize multi-day events. Those searching for patch work gmbh photos will also find the location well documented visually, which aids in planning and provides a realistic impression of the spatial feel. This is a real advantage, especially for seminars where atmosphere, daylight, and quality of stay are important. Patch.Work positions itself as a place where content can be professionally conveyed without sacrificing warmth, flexibility, and regional identity. Coworking, Offices, and Flexible Workspaces

The keyword direction patch work coworking, patch work office, and patch working hits the core of the location very accurately. Patch.Work is designed as a workplace that consolidates various usage models under one roof. The about us page mentions around 130 workstations across three floors, along with 17 offices, 5 meeting rooms, 3 event spaces, 1 café, and 1 workshop. This shows that it is not about a single office idea, but about a whole work ecosystem. The website offers, among other things, single offices, fixed desks, virtual offices, and flexible workspace models; the location page mentions office solutions for 1-person, 2-person, 4-person, or 6-person offices as well as a fixed desk in an open area. This allows Patch.Work to be utilized by both solo freelancers and small teams or project-based companies. The mix of retreat and exchange is important: those who want to work concentrated will find a professional environment; those seeking contacts will experience community and networking in the shared areas. This balance is a key reason why Patch.Work functions as a modern coworking space in Chiemgau. ([patch-work.co](https://www.patch-work.co/ueber-uns))

Additionally, Patch.Work offers a range of services that are truly relevant in everyday life. The website mentions high-speed Wi-Fi, networking opportunities, modern office services, and a Patch.App through which rooms can be easily booked and availability checked transparently. For individual needs, there are add-ons such as a virtual office with a business address, mail and call management, or a private parking space with 24/7 availability and e-charging stations. The flexibility is also evident in the work models: the single office is designed for freelancers, solo entrepreneurs, and self-employed individuals, offering ergonomic workstations and 24/7 access. Thus, Patch.Work is not just a temporary place for a few hours but also a long-term location for companies that want to be present in Chiemgau. The official positioning as a creative hub and the name itself, which refers to networking and collaborative work, fit very well with this approach. So, those searching for patch work gmbh reviews or patch work co are essentially looking for a place that meaningfully combines productivity, community, and modern infrastructure. Patch.Work delivers exactly that convincingly. ([patch-work.co](https://www.patch-work.co/ueber-uns))

Room Sizes, Capacity, and Technology for Professional Events

A strong argument for Patch.Work is the clearly documented technical equipment. The website lists 75 to 95 inch large TV screens for well-readable presentations, a high-tech sound system including microphones and headsets, as well as whiteboards, pinboards, and mobile flipcharts. For many organizers, this equipment is crucial as it transforms a room into a truly usable workshop or conference space. It is also particularly important to note that hybrid workshops are easily possible. This means Patch.Work addresses not only classic in-person formats but also modern meeting concepts with remote participants. According to the website, the rooms can be individually furnished, which is advantageous for seminars, lectures, training, and interactive formats alike. When considering the capacity of up to 160 people and room sizes between 14 and 280 square meters, it becomes clear: Patch.Work is not fixed to a single form but can accommodate very different event requirements. This flexibility is a strong SEO topic and a practical added value at the same time. ([patch-work.co](https://www.patch-work.co/tagungen-und-seminare))

The variety of room sizes also speaks for itself. The FAQ on the conference page lists 280, 120, 60, 40, 21, and 14 square meters, each partially available multiple times. This is interesting because there is no rigid single-room solution, but several options that can be combined depending on group size and format. Those planning an internal training need different conditions than a pitch event, a workshop, or a strategy conference with changing groups. Patch.Work can respond to this without forcing the organizer into an unsuitable standard layout. Additionally, the rooms are designed not only technically but also atmospherically for modern work forms: bright, sustainable, high-quality execution, and with a sense of openness. Those searching for patch work gmbh photos or patch werk should therefore not only focus on the aesthetics but also on what the rooms can achieve. This is where the strength of the location lies: it not only looks good but is also functionally well thought out and built for real usage scenarios. ([patch-work.co](https://www.patch-work.co/tagungen-und-seminare))

Patch.Coffee, Catering, and Quality of Stay

A central part of the overall concept is Patch.Coffee, as good events thrive not only on the main program but also on the breaks in between. The website describes the café as a stylish, modern location with a sustainable concept, inspiring work environment, and flexible seating model in a tiered configuration. This configuration is particularly exciting for formats such as panel discussions, pitch events, or lightning talks, as it improves sightlines and promotes direct exchange between the audience and speakers. The official description also mentions brunch and buffet options upon request, a catering and barista service, as well as the possibility to book the location exclusively outside regular opening hours. This makes Patch.Coffee not just a break area but a unique experience space within the location. Those searching for patch coffee seeon for a venue with culinary character will find here an area that closely links work, encounters, and enjoyment. ([patch-work.co](https://www.patch-work.co/product/patch-coffee))

The everyday supply is also well organized. The homepage states that the chef cooks daily with regional and seasonal products and that everything from business lunches to homemade cakes to finger food for events is possible. Additionally, Patch.Coffee is open Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. This is a real advantage for guests, teams, and event participants, as catering does not need to be organized externally. Regionality and freshness are not just nice terms but part of the self-understanding. The website emphasizes that local producers are used and that no standard or convenience solution is at the forefront. For conferences, seminars, and business events, this is attractive because food and drink are thus considered not as secondary matters but as part of the quality of stay. Those spending several hours or even days on-site quickly notice the difference between a functional and a truly well-cared-for location. Patch.Work clearly belongs to the latter category. ([patch-work.co](https://www.patch-work.co/?utm_source=openai))

Location, Sustainability, and Architecture in Chiemgau

The location is one of the strongest arguments for Patch.Work. On the about us page, the company describes the site as a place in the heart of the Chiemgau recreational area, almost exactly between Munich and Salzburg. It mentions 80 kilometers to Munich and 60 kilometers to Salzburg. At the same time, the Seeoner See is within walking distance, Lake Chiemsee is not far away, and the Chiemgau Alps are also within reach for after-work or an active break. This combination of accessibility and nature is a decisive location advantage as it removes business appointments from pure indoor thinking. Those organizing a conference or multi-day meeting benefit from an environment that allows for concentrated work and genuine relaxation alike. That is precisely why the search for patch work directions or patch work seeon seebruck is not only about the address but also about the overall experience of the place. Patch.Work is not just anywhere but is consciously embedded in a landscape that connects productivity and balance. ([patch-work.co](https://www.patch-work.co/ueber-uns))

Architecturally, the location is also remarkable. According to the official representation, the building was designed by architect Theresa Brüderl and is conceived as a modern interpretation of the regionally typical three-sided courtyard. The sustainable timber construction is not just an aesthetic detail but part of the company's mission. The concept is complemented by landscaping by Melina Hölzl, which harmoniously integrates into the surroundings at the edge of the forest. On the facts page, Patch.Work mentions a total area of 4000 square meters with an expansion reserve of 2000 square meters, 2200 square meters of building, sustainable heating and cooling, as well as e-mobility with charging stations for cars and bicycles. Such details show that sustainability is understood here not as a marketing term but as a construction and organizational principle. For companies and organizers who value a modern and responsible environment, this is an important difference. Patch.Work is thus not only functional but also a statement for contemporary work in Chiemgau. ([patch-work.co](https://www.patch-work.co/ueber-uns))

Photos, Reviews, and Booking in Everyday Life

Those searching for patch work gmbh photos or patch work gmbh reviews usually want to quickly understand how the location really feels. Patch.Work helps with this already on the website and the tourist site, as images of the building and rooms are shown there. The location page even points out that more images are available. This is helpful for planning because interested parties can not only see technical data but also get a sense of brightness, architecture, and atmosphere. Additionally, it is worth looking at reviews: on ProvenExpert, Patch.Work GmbH Seeon-Seebruck is rated 4.8 out of 5 points as very good. This combination of visual transparency and good feedback is relevant for seekers as it builds trust and facilitates the decision to make an inquiry. Patch.Work thus does not appear as an anonymous listing but as a real place with a clear identity and understandable quality. This transparency is important for the keywords patch working, patch werk, and patch work co because it connects search intent and real usage. ([seeon-seebruck.de](https://www.seeon-seebruck.de/patchwork))

The contact and booking methods are also clearly regulated. According to the website, rooms can be easily booked via the Patch.App; alternatively, email and phone are available. The app is designed so that availability and prices can be viewed directly, which significantly simplifies planning. Those wishing to view the rooms beforehand can arrange a visit on-site by appointment according to the FAQ. This is particularly pleasant for event and office interested parties because one can experience the building, the rooms, and the team in advance. Furthermore, the accessibility is well documented: the official website and the tourist site provide the address Martinistraße 7 in Seeon-Seebruck as well as the relevant phone numbers and email contacts. This makes Patch.Work not only digitally present but also easily approachable in everyday life. For all those looking for a flexible location for conferences, coworking, seminars, or business events, a rounded overall picture emerges from images, reviews, transparent booking, and personal service. The team and the location are just fantastic, and I can recommend it to everyone, whether it's a company or a visitor! 😊 I was totally surprised that we have such a diverse, highly professional, and cozy place right in the middle of Seeon, near Chiemsee. Whether for conferences/events/meeting rooms or coworking, it's always a pleasure to be here. 🙂 I've hosted various events here, with and without catering. The kitchen catered to all my participants' wishes, whether regional, vegan, or specific intolerances, and it was always super delicious! 👍 The location is also great for guests from Munich, Salzburg, and Rosenheim :)

I was a trainer for a full-day seminar at Patch.Work and I can wholeheartedly recommend the location. The organization beforehand by Christiane was great, everything went smoothly and even last-minute adjustments were easily accommodated. The setting is beautiful, with plenty of space for retreats, group work, and creative phases. You can feel that a lot of love for detail goes into this place. And the food is just a 10 out of 10. An absolute recommendation for anyone looking for a special location for training or workshops.
