A comfortable space for smaller events. Unfortunately, the rates for the adjacent parking garage (which you rely on during an event) are quite overpriced.

Drinks and snacks are extremely overpriced from the vending machine, and the entrance to the cultural hall is a bit confusing if you're not familiar with it.
