Real estate agent: I have a 3-family house, 400 sq m living space, in Soyen, passive house, 55 kW, PV system, heat pump, 20 cm triple-insulated walls, the whole shebang. KSK advised me to tear it down and said they immediately had a buyer for the 2000 sq m plot. Completely insane! They don't have a single house in their portfolio that meets my standards, just old junk, 200 kW. Don't do anything with them, they're dangerous, a waste of time.
