I stopped here on the way to the Dolomites, and in my room there were only pillows and a cover with feather filling, which I'm allergic to and I can't use. After I told that to the lady at the reception, she checked if they had any other covers to change, but they didn't. So basically, I paid for the hotel room and I can either suffocate while sleeping or sleep in my outside clothes. So yeah, good thinking for the hotel for using feather-filled covers and offering nothing as an option. Everything else is okay, but if I book a hotel room, I intend to sleep in it in comfortable conditions.

We stayed here as a family. We had a lovely stay: very central location, charming ambiance, delicious traditional cuisine, and absolutely outstanding service. We had a problem with our luggage logistics and the hotel team offered us all the support you can imagine. Highly recommend this place!

Great experience, we came without a reservation and were lucky to find a room. The location is ideal with a view of the mountains and the beautiful river. The staff was professional and so friendly. The rooms are made with a mix of modern and antique and are very comfortable. I definitely loved the place.

What a quaint and lovely hotel. We had a wonderful stay, walking distance to the ski lifts and a fabulous breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and clean. Excellent water pressure in the shower and great overall ambiance. Would definitely return.
