We ate there on a quick stay on our way to Vienna and the food wasn’t that great. I’m German and my husband is American and I felt as though they treated us strangely because of that, we were still very nice to the waitress who hardly spoke to us and never smiled other than when I purposefully tipped her more than average for a German. The waitress was very nice and loudly engaged with all the locals there but as soon as she came to our table her whole demeanor changed. I would not return to this place, there are better options for great Bavarian food in the area.

I was there for the third time already. The people at the front desk were super friendly and were able to manage every inquiry I had. The breakfast is amazing and the Spa has everything you need. All in all this hotel is top for having only 3 stars. I also loved the bayrisch accent 🤗

Overall, it is very positive. Good location near Autobahn, yet for sensitive sleepers, the room was quiet. The hotel staff were excellent; polite, helpful, and professional - 5 stars. Plenty of parking, with well lit safer places near the entrance, which also had excellent access for wheel chairs. Well planned lift access to floors. Restaurant was excellent with a very extensive menu, including vegetarian/vegan options. Room was very clean. Beds were H4 firm, but comfortable. Breakfast room is large, well lit and a wide range of breads, cereals etc. 2x good and quick coffee machines (so coffee queues were minimum), and a wide selection of Teas. Positive was that fresh Omelettes, fried eggs and scrambled eggs can be made to order. Negative was a very limited fresh fruit selection. I will be staying here again.

Can't comment on rooms as I came for food only. Great service and the OX burger is amazing.

One of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. We called to book two rooms (a single and a double). We received a price and confirmed the booking. I called again a few minutes after to confirm the breakfast and everything was fine. While I was on the highway to them, one hour later, I get a call from them saying that the price was higher. They claimed that they gave me the price for one triple room. The whole conversation was very clear from the beginning as I asked directly for separate rooms. Obviously they made a mistake but calling back guests already confirmed and on the way to charge them 20€ extra after the booking had been confirmed on a different price was highly unprofessional. To this I need to add that the manager was extremely rude and tried to blame me for the situation and even shouted and hung the phone twice after I told her that we had already a confirmed reservation with a confirmed price. We ended up going somewhere else because I don’t appreciate being treated like that. They should change their job.
