This is a once in a lifetime experience. If you want to see all sorts of falcons up close (and personal) this is the place to go. If you’re in the area give yourself and your family one hour to learn more about these magnificent birds and if you’re lucky even get a chance to have one sitting on your hat :) Me and my family loved the experience!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. After traveling about 40 minutes to go here, paying 5 euro to park and hiking to the location... We were so greeted by the sign on the attached picture... In this time of having internet presence, I find it inexcusable to not update your website to say that you are closed. Update: Thank You for changing your website to show your closure...doesn't help me .. But it good for others....!

English speaking, American tourists, with U.S. dollars beware. My fiancé and myself were traveling to Austria by car from Italy and stopped here for an impromptu tour. First off when we arrived there was a falcon show in progress and the falconer was very rude when greeting us, he made us feel very unwelcome and I personally felt uncomfortable while viewing the show, he never attempted once to explain anything he was explaining to the audience in English (seeing as how we clearly didn’t speak German) also he indicated at the start we needed to pay but never attempted to collect payment from us until the end of the show, which was fine but when he asked for payment he never once indicated he didn’t accept a credit or debit card. When we explained that we only had a credit card he became very indignant and demanded we pay in euros, we again explained we didn’t realize that the establishment didn’t take cards and we only had a card and U.S. dollars for payment. After going back and forth with the falconer he finally asked did we have PayPal (we did) but we had no data connection. Thankfully one of the other patrons attending the show (who was an English and German speaker) was kind enough to pay for us and allow us to pay her back. All in all the experience was ruined by the falconer’s rude behavior and inability to be considerate of our misunderstanding of the process due to it being our first time in Germany. If any of you are American tourists unfamiliar with the language or don’t have euros, be prepared for an ordeal and hope you’ve a kind person around who understands your situation that will be willing to help.

Flyer said it would be open on Tuesday, but upon arrival, they were closed. Paid a full day parking €5 and hiked for 20 minutes. Very disappointed.
