There are electric boats that run on battery (very quiet but not very fast), rowing boats, and pedal boats. The price is quite reasonable and the owner speaks English.

We were a bit skeptical due to some bad reviews, but it was all for nothing. The lady was very friendly, the price was normal, we had the pedal boat with the biggest slide. According to the boat girl, Chiemsee had a water grass problem, but we found lovely spots without it, it was very nice.

Super friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating! We had a wonderful day on the lake, the electric boats are great, they even have a Bluetooth sound system. I will definitely come back! P.S.: I can't understand the comments about dogs. It clearly states on the homepage in the FAQs that dogs are not allowed on the electric boats (but they are on the pedal boats). Just inform yourself beforehand...

It's always nice in Feldwies. Currently, there are few people around. You could already sit in the sun and have a beer... honestly... the wind was a bit fresh, but it was still very nice.
