A wonderful facility. Humane, family-like, and caring staff. It's a shame there aren't more such facilities, especially for deaf seniors.

Please don't be fooled by the website and profile picture! It's appalling how much of a difference there is between appearance and reality here. In this facility, residents seem to be treated more like numbers than human beings. I've personally witnessed serious incidents and health problems not being addressed, but rather actively covered up or downplayed. This is particularly evident in the lack of an emergency call system. Such a blatant lack of safety is unjustifiable and simply reflects the facts, even if management denies it with evidence and proof. When management denies abuse and mistreatment instead of protecting people, it's deeply unethical. Anyone looking for a place where human dignity is inviolable shouldn't be fooled by the pretty facade here. Anyone who continues to support and supply this disreputable institution assumes moral responsibility for its actions.

Wonderful facility. The residents are the top priority. A wide range of activities are offered to the residents. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

A very nice residence hall in an idyllic location. A family-like atmosphere is fostered here, and participation is encouraged! Highly recommended.
