The Volunteer Fire Brigade Mühlbach celebrates a major anniversary from June 3 to June 8, 2026, with a festival week full of tradition, music, and genuine community spirit. The occasion is 120 years of fire brigade history, 30 years of partnership between Mühlbach South Tyrol / Mühlbach Bavaria, and a festive vehicle blessing.
An Opening with Beer Tapping and Brass Music
On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, the festival kicks off at 18:00 with the opening ceremony and beer tapping. The Sensenschmiedmusikkapelle Mühlbach creates the unmistakable sound of a Bavarian festival evening, where the festival tent, community, and celebratory mood come together immediately.
Each Day Brings a Different Festival Feeling
The festival week is deliberately designed as a versatile multi-day experience. On Thursday, classic car morning drinks and family day are on the agenda, on Friday the Flashover Party - Mühlbach on Fire with Luegstoa C and DJ Mage follows. Saturday is dedicated to the fire truck pulling competition and a brass party with Stodlaranka and Sunnseit Brass. On Sunday, the festival Sunday and vehicle blessing await, before the festival concludes on Monday with a kettle meat meal.
