Brew Inn | City Hall & Events
The Brew Inn in Tittmoning is much more than an address at Stadtplatz 35: It is located in the historic center of a town situated on the Salzach River, which presents a very distinct image with its old town, castle, and river. The town of Tittmoning describes the Brew Inn in its leasing documents as a traditional inn in the best location of the historic town square, popular year-round and with diverse gastronomic usage possibilities. At the same time, the building serves as an important cultural venue for concerts, theater, clubs, and celebrations through the City Hall. Therefore, those searching for a Brew Inn in Tittmoning are usually looking for not just a meal, but a piece of city history, an event space with a stage, and a location situated in the middle of the historic ensemble of the old town. ([rollingpin.de](https://www.rollingpin.de/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Ausschreibung-Verpachtung-Braugasthof-fuer-Homepage2024.pdf))
This is also the reason why the Brew Inn is often associated with terms like City Hall, events, menu, beer garden, directions, and parking in many search queries. The municipal sources clearly show that the place is intended both for everyday use as an inn and for special evenings as an event venue. Tittmoning itself points out that the town square is among the most beautiful in Bavaria and forms the heart of the old town. The Brew Inn is located in this environment: embedded in a closed ensemble, surrounded by facades, fountains, and the typical charm of the Inn-Salzach towns. Those who come here do not experience an interchangeable restaurant, but a house with a developed function at the center of public life. Events at the Brew Inn Tittmoning: City Hall for concerts, theater, and meetings
The most important topic surrounding the Brew Inn is clearly the City Hall. The town of Tittmoning lists it on its page about event venues in the municipality and emphasizes that the hall in the Brew Inn has its own stage and is suitable for both large and smaller events. Officially, it is mentioned that there is table seating for up to 240 visitors. This makes the space attractive for cultural evenings, club events, anniversaries, conferences, and celebrations because the area not only offers size but also structure. A professional stage is a significant advantage, as it allows for performances, moderation, musical presentations, and program points without complicated additional technology. ([tittmoning.de](https://www.tittmoning.de/tourismus/kultur/veranstaltungsraume?utm_source=openai))
The current event landscape in Tittmoning shows that the Brew Inn City Hall remains firmly anchored in the town's life. The official event calendar includes events such as the strong beer tapping, the annual general meeting of the fire department, the autumn theater of the local stage Tittmoning, as well as concerts like Hariesl in the City Hall. This mix of tradition, theater, and music beautifully illustrates the role the house plays: It is not just a space, but a lively meeting point where community, culture, and sociability connect. Therefore, those searching for events in Tittmoning regularly come across the Brew Inn because recurring formats take place there, and the location is used as a reliable stage for local culture. ([tittmoning.de](https://www.tittmoning.de/medien/pdf/bildung/Veranstaltungen_2026_neu.pdf?utm_source=openai))
Especially for regional event searches, it is important that the Brew Inn is not presented as an anonymous hall on the outskirts of the town, but is located directly at the historic town square. This gives events a special setting that classic purpose-built structures often cannot provide. The City Hall benefits from the atmosphere of the old town ensemble, and this connection makes it so interesting for organizers. It also fits well into the cultural self-understanding of the town: Tittmoning sees itself as a place with history and vibrant culture, and the Brew Inn is a visible part of that. Those wishing to hold a concert, a theater performance, or a club meeting in an atmospheric environment will find here a space that convincingly combines urban function and historical backdrop. ([tittmoning.de](https://www.tittmoning.de/?utm_source=openai))
Menu, dining room, and beer gardens at Stadtplatz 35
Although the Brew Inn primarily stands out for its City Hall and event function, the gastronomic aspect remains a central theme. In the municipal leasing documents, the house is explicitly described as a traditional inn with gastronomic usage possibilities. A main dining room of 118 m² and around 100 seats, a multipurpose room, two beer gardens, and additional areas in the hall are mentioned. Particularly interesting for guests is that these rooms can be used in different situations: for a quiet meal, for larger family celebrations, or for an event with a subsequent wind-down in the dining room or beer garden. This speaks to a house that is designed not only for turnover but for quality of stay. ([rollingpin.de](https://www.rollingpin.de/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Ausschreibung-Verpachtung-Braugasthof-fuer-Homepage2024.pdf))
For search queries related to the menu or restaurant, it is important to clearly distinguish between confirmed facts and changing operator offerings. The town of Tittmoning states in the leasing document that it prefers Bavarian and Austrian cuisine as an expectation for a tenant, but a daily menu can change depending on the operator. Therefore, it is reasonable to describe the Brew Inn as a place with traditional inn usage and flexible gastronomic areas without inventing dishes. This is where the practical added value of the source lies: It shows that the house is intended for culinary use, but remains open enough to respond to current operator concepts. So, those searching for the Brew Inn Tittmoning menu primarily want to know if the trip to the house is worthwhile; the municipal information confirms that the building is fundamentally well-equipped for this purpose. ([rollingpin.de](https://www.rollingpin.de/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Ausschreibung-Verpachtung-Braugasthof-fuer-Homepage2024.pdf))
The character of the house is also emphasized by the two beer gardens. One faces the town square with 80 m², while the other is located in the courtyard with about 200 m². This combination is particularly attractive for guests because it offers a choice between lively old town atmosphere and a sheltered courtyard. Especially on warm days, this is a strong argument for the Brew Inn, as many visitors seek not just a meal, but a place where they can extend their stay comfortably. Together with the main dining room and hall areas, this creates a versatile ensemble suitable for both spontaneous visits and planned occasions. ([rollingpin.de](https://www.rollingpin.de/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Ausschreibung-Verpachtung-Braugasthof-fuer-Homepage2024.pdf))
Directions and parking at the Brew Inn Tittmoning
The location at Stadtplatz 35 is a significant advantage, but it also raises questions about access and parking. Tittmoning describes the town square as a historic center with a closed monument ensemble, colorful facades, and a clear urban structure. Precisely for this reason, the development of the old town is intentionally designed differently than in modern shopping or commercial areas. The urban planning documents of the town explicitly mention that a parking garage was not included in the renovation of the town square. Instead, Tittmoning relies on a parking concept with smaller, compatible parking solutions around the old town. This is important for visitors to the Brew Inn because it explains why parking does not occur underground but works in the immediate vicinity. ([tittmoning.de](https://www.tittmoning.de/medien/pdf/verwaltung/Broschuere_Braugasthof.pdf?m=1749206953&utm_source=openai))
The town also explains that over 60 parking spaces have been gradually created in recent years and are connected by a pedestrian and pathway network. The footpath to the Wasservorstadt parking lot is also mentioned, which serves as a comfortable connection to the old town. For guests of the Brew Inn, this means: Access usually occurs via the town center, and depending on occupancy, it is advisable to plan for nearby parking spaces around the old town and at Wasservorstadt. For people coming from the region or attending an evening at the City Hall, this is a practical system, even if it operates differently than a classic large parking garage. Parking is thus part of the historic town structure and is not designed as separate large infrastructure. ([tittmoning.de](https://www.tittmoning.de/medien/pdf/verwaltung/Broschuere_Braugasthof.pdf?m=1749206953&utm_source=openai))
Additionally, the location itself aids in orientation. Tittmoning is located in the north of the Traunstein district on the Salzach River and at the border with Austria. The historic town square, the town hall in close proximity, and the tourist offerings of the old town make the address easy to find. So, those searching for directions to the Brew Inn Tittmoning can orient themselves by the fact that the location is not hidden but lies right in the town's core. For visitors, this is pleasant because it allows for a combination of gastronomy, events, and a stroll through the old town. Especially for evening appointments in the City Hall, this central location is a plus because one does not have to search for the place outside the town but arrives directly in the heart of Tittmoning. ([tittmoning.de](https://www.tittmoning.de/?utm_source=openai))
Capacity, stage, and rooms for celebrations in the City Hall
Those searching for the Brew Inn under the keyword capacity will find clear numbers in the official documents. The City Hall offers table seating for up to 240 visitors and is equipped with a professional stage. This combination is particularly valuable because it describes not only pure seating capacity but also the technical and spatial suitability for events. A hall with a stage functions differently than a normal dining room: It allows for performances with sightlines, moderation with good visibility, and a setup that supports both cultural and sociable formats. This is precisely why the City Hall in Tittmoning is regularly used for public events. ([tittmoning.de](https://www.tittmoning.de/tourismus/kultur/veranstaltungsraume?utm_source=openai))
The leasing document adds to this picture with additional areas that are important for celebrations and usage diversity. A function room of 124.7 m² and 182 seats, a gallery of 72.9 m², ancillary rooms in the hall area, a foyer of 67.6 m², and an ancillary room on the gallery level are mentioned. Additionally, there is a multipurpose room and the two beer gardens. This is a decisive advantage for organizers because it allows for receptions, break areas, buffet solutions, or additional accompanying programs to be organized more flexibly. The rooms are not only available but coordinated with each other, so a small event world can quickly emerge from an evening concept. ([rollingpin.de](https://www.rollingpin.de/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Ausschreibung-Verpachtung-Braugasthof-fuer-Homepage2024.pdf))
The official description from the town also makes it clear that the City Hall is suitable for both large and smaller events. This versatility is the actual selling point. A hall that accommodates 240 people with table seating is large enough for club celebrations, lectures, annual meetings, theater evenings, or corporate events, but can also be structured with ancillary rooms and a gallery. For guests, this means a pleasant spatial feeling instead of pure mass. For organizers, it means planning reliability. And for the town, it means that a central meeting point remains that can be used culturally and socially. The Brew Inn is thus not only a culinary address but a functionally strong event venue with a historical framework. ([tittmoning.de](https://www.tittmoning.de/tourismus/kultur/veranstaltungsraume?utm_source=openai))
History of the Brew Inn: From brewery to Tittmoning City Hall
The history of the Brew Inn is long and crucial for the current character of the house. The municipal brochure traces the path from the brewery and trading house to the City Hall. In 1787, the brewer Andree Steyrer took over the property with several houses, from which the current City Hall building later emerged. Throughout the 19th century, ownership changed, with the Distler family being particularly influential for a long time. The building remained a place of brewing, inn, and social life for decades. This mix of economic use and social meeting point forms the historical core of the Brew Inn. ([tittmoning.de](https://www.tittmoning.de/medien/pdf/verwaltung/Broschuere_Braugasthof.pdf?m=1749206953&utm_source=openai))
In the 20th century, the development as an urban and culturally shaped place continued. In 1924, Josef Krieger became the owner of the house; for decades, the large hall was a special social and cultural reference point. In 1981, Franz Schnelzer bought the inn, and in 1993 the town of Tittmoning acquired the building with the goal of creating a hall for public events again. Between 1999 and 2001, renovations and restorations took place, and in the summer of 2001, the town was able to put the City Hall back into operation. The newly renovated restaurant Brew Inn was reopened in May 2001 under the tenant Neven Mandac. These dates clearly show that the current Brew Inn is not a coincidence as an event venue but the result of a conscious urban decision to preserve a traditional house. ([tittmoning.de](https://www.tittmoning.de/medien/pdf/verwaltung/Broschuere_Braugasthof.pdf?m=1749206953&utm_source=openai))
Especially from an SEO perspective, this history is valuable because it gives depth to the location. The Brew Inn stands not only for food or events but for the connection of inn culture, urban development, and monument preservation. This also explains why the place seems so self-evident in the townscape: It belongs to the historical function of the town square, where public life is concentrated. Those visiting the Brew Inn thus experience not just a space but a piece of Tittmoning identity. The town itself emphasizes that Tittmoning is shaped by history, castle, and old town; the Brew Inn adds a lively, usable building block to this image. This is precisely why it remains relevant today for events, gastronomy, and local encounters. ([tittmoning.de](https://www.tittmoning.de/?utm_source=openai))
Photos, old town flair, and special impressions around the Brew Inn
Those searching for photos usually want to get an impression of the atmosphere, facade, and surroundings in advance. The Brew Inn is particularly well-placed for this, as the town of Tittmoning describes its town square as a closed monument ensemble with colorful facades, fountains, and sculptures. This means for images and visual impressions: The Brew Inn should not be viewed in isolation, but as part of a historically dense overall picture. The location in the middle of the old town core ensures that exterior shots always convey the character of the town. For the search intention Brew Inn Tittmoning photos, the connection between the building, town square, and historical surroundings is therefore especially interesting. ([tittmoning.de](https://www.tittmoning.de/tourismus/burg/altstadt-baudenkmaeler?utm_source=openai))
The interior and usage logic of the house also provides strong visual motifs: main dining room, beer gardens, hall with stage, gallery, and foyer form an ensemble that has more atmosphere than a single room. The municipal brochure shows that the Brew Inn has been repeatedly renovated, restored, and adapted to its cultural task over decades. This creates the mix of historical character and functional clarity that can be well recognized in photos. Those evaluating the house as a location should therefore pay attention to the overall effect: historical old town outside, traditional inn feeling inside, and a hall that is open for public events. This tripartite structure makes the Brew Inn particularly distinctive in the regional context. ([tittmoning.de](https://www.tittmoning.de/medien/pdf/verwaltung/Broschuere_Braugasthof.pdf?m=1749206953&utm_source=openai))
Ultimately, the Brew Inn Tittmoning is a place where many search intentions converge: menu, restaurant, City Hall, parking, directions, history, and photos. The official sources of the town show that behind the name lies a traditional, centrally located, and versatile site. Those looking for a location in Tittmoning with a genuine old town connection will find here an address that credibly combines gastronomy and culture. This is where the strength of the Brew Inn lies: It is not just any event space, but a historically grown house with public significance and practical usability.
Ultimately, the Brew Inn Tittmoning is a place where many search intentions converge: menu, restaurant, City Hall, parking, directions, history, and photos. Those looking for a location in Tittmoning with a genuine old town connection will find here an address that credibly combines gastronomy and culture.
