Biohof Schlarb | Farm Shop & Opening Hours

Biohof Schlarb is a family-run organic farm in Kolbermoor-Schlarbhofen that has grown from a simple idea: to bring vegetables directly from the field to customers. What began in 2012 with vegetable cultivation and direct marketing has gradually developed into a business with a farm shop, farm café, farm economy, and market stalls in the region. The farm is located on the outskirts of Kolbermoor between Rosenheim and Bad Aibling, combining rural tranquility with good accessibility. Those who shop or stop by here experience not an interchangeable sales location, but a farm with its own character, a rich history, and a strong connection to the seasons. The offerings range from fresh vegetables to young plants and meat packages, as well as coffee and cake, white sausage breakfast, and small events in the green. Precisely because the farm is so close to the city yet feels like a retreat, it is a piece of slowed-down everyday life for many visitors. Biohof Schlarb Opening Hours and Farm Shop in Schlarbhofen

Those searching for the term Biohof Schlarb opening hours will quickly find the most important information: The farm shop in Schlarbhofen is open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 to 12 and from 14 to 18, and additionally on Saturdays from 8 to 12. This clearly targets people who consciously shop regionally and want to plan their visits well. The opening hours are not designed for mass traffic, but for direct, personal contact between the farm and customers. This is a central part of the concept. It is not about quick turnover, but about advice, transparency, and the sale of food whose origin can be traced back to the farm. The farm shop display visibly presents the vegetables from its own cultivation, and the operation describes its selection as diverse and seasonal. Additionally, the farm offers a small selection of dry goods. The preference for regional products and the emphasis on sourcing from the region and nearby foreign countries aligns with the farm's clear direct marketing logic. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/hofladen/))

The range includes different types of vegetables from its own cultivation, depending on the season. The website mentions, among other things, salads, kohlrabi, fennel, spinach, onions, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, cucumbers, and herbs. Additionally, there are young plants and current market offerings, such as various salads, fennel, celery, herbs, and pointed cabbage, as well as tomatoes in various varieties, peppers, and chili from its own cultivation. This is important for search queries around Biohof Schlarb photos or Biohof Schlarb Kolbermoor, as the farm presents itself not merely as a sales point but as a productive vegetable operation with visible seasonal logic. Those visiting a farm shop do not expect an anonymous full range, but a consciously smaller selection closely connected to the field. It is precisely this connection of freshness, regionality, and direct origin that makes the farm shop interesting for many customers. The presence at regional markets also underscores the principle of short distances and personal interaction. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/))

A particularly popular additional event is the white sausage meal on the first Friday of the month. Then, there are regional organic white sausages, pretzels, and sweet mustard, as well as other hearty and vegetarian options. The website mentions the white sausages from the butcher Bartl from Berg near Ostermünchen, complemented by pretzels from the bakery Weiß from Kolbermoor and Munich Kindl white sausage mustard. On Tuesdays and Fridays, coffee and cake are also available during farm shop opening hours, either to take away or at the table. Thus, the farm is not only a shopping place but also a meeting point for people who appreciate regional cuisine in a calm atmosphere. Guided tours are available for groups upon request. This makes Biohof Schlarb particularly attractive for those who want insights into farm life in addition to shopping. So, those specifically searching for farm café, coffee and cake, or white sausage meals will find more than just a shop here: there are real occasions to linger. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/hofladen/))

The regional marketing through additional locations is also part of the farm logic. According to published information, Biohof Schlarb sells on Fridays at the farmers' market in Asammühle in Bad Aibling and on Saturdays at the weekly market in Bad Feilnbach and in Fischbachau. Slow Food additionally mentions a market appearance in Berg near Ostermünchen in front of the organic butcher Bartl. This creates a flexible shopping opportunity for customers that goes beyond the farm shop. The presence at several markets is a strong signal for a farm of this size because it creates proximity and does not reduce the connection to the consumer to a single address. For the search intent farm shop biohof schlarb kolbermoor, this is an important point: The farm is locally anchored but actively visible in the region. This mixture of farm sales, market presence, and personal care forms the core of the search interest behind the most common keywords. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/))

Directions to Kolbermoor-Schlarbhofen and Location between Rosenheim and Bad Aibling

The location of Biohof Schlarb is an advantage for many visitors because the operation is on the outskirts of Kolbermoor and remains easily accessible. The website describes the farm as located between Rosenheim and Bad Aibling. For directions, it specifically states that from the direction of Rosenheim, one should follow the state road directly at the Kolbermoor exit to the left towards the signpost for Schlarbhofen. Additionally, signs with the Biohof logo indicate the way. This shows that the approach is intentionally kept simple and can be easily found even by first-time visitors. Those arriving by car should therefore orient themselves towards the Kolbermoor exit and the signage towards Schlarbhofen. The location directly on the edge of the town conveys a rural feeling: The farm is quickly reachable from the city, yet feels secluded and quiet. This mixture of proximity and tranquility is an important part of the experience. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/kontakt-zu-uns/))

When searching for Biohof Schlarb directions or Biohof Schlarb Kolbermoor, it is also important that the farm does not operate like a classic city shop, but like a business with its own farm structure. This means: The journey is part of the visit experience. One does not just drive to a sales room, but to a rural business location where cultivation, sales, and hospitality come together. The address Dr.-Thann-Straße 1a in 83059 Kolbermoor-Schlarbhofen serves as the central orientation. The postal and local designation also clarifies that Schlarbhofen is part of the Kolbermoor local structure, which clearly differs from urban life. Those seeking the tranquility of the farm find here a place that is easily accessible but feels consciously set apart from the hustle and bustle of traffic. This perception is also evident in the description of the farm economy, which is portrayed as a place to linger in a natural environment. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/kontakt-zu-uns/))

The website does not specify a concrete number of parking spaces or an explicitly marked parking lot. For the search intent parking, this is important because it implies that visitors should primarily plan their arrival based on the signage and the classic farm address. It would be misleading to claim a non-existent parking situation here. Therefore, the safe and honest note remains: The official website describes the approach but does not mention a separate number of parking spaces or a parking garage. This sober handling of practical information fits the farm as a whole. The focus is on good orientation, not on grand promises. Those visiting Biohof Schlarb come for the offerings and the atmosphere, not for a staged visitor facility. This makes the operation credible and down-to-earth. For seekers expecting real directions instead of marketing fluff, this is a plus. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/kontakt-zu-uns/))

The location between Kolbermoor, Rosenheim, and Bad Aibling is not only practical but also content-wise fitting to the farm concept. Biohof Schlarb works strongly with regional references, short distances, and a close connection to the surroundings. Therefore, the geographical position is more than just an address. It supports the understanding of why the farm is interesting for both spontaneous purchases and conscious excursions. This also explains why the farm is equally attractive for families, regular customers, day-trippers, and people interested in organic products. Farm Economy, Coffee and Cake, and Small Celebrations in the Green

The farm economy with beer garden is one of the most charming parts of Biohof Schlarb. It is not designed as a large restaurant but as a cozy place with a private atmosphere. According to the website, there are a maximum of 40 seats indoors and 54 seats outdoors. This results in a manageable yet versatile capacity that consciously focuses on the quality of stay rather than throughput. The description of the farm emphasizes that time runs differently here, and despite the proximity to Kolbermoor, one can feel far away from urban everyday life. For visitors, this means: One does not only come to eat or drink, but for a small break with a connection to nature and a calm atmosphere. It is precisely the combination of beer garden, farm character, and regional ingredients that makes this area interesting for people who want to dine consciously. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/hofwirtschaft-k%C3%BCche/))

Especially important for the search terms farm café and coffee and cake is the weekly offer on Tuesday and Friday. On these days, there is coffee and cake available during farm shop opening hours, either to take away or to enjoy on-site. The website also mentions cakes from its own bakery and Schlarbhofen flour. This gives the offering an additional independence because standard goods are not simply served, but a connection to the farm and the region remains recognizable. Those who want to stay after shopping can do so without leaving the atmosphere of the farm. It is this small, unpretentious form of hospitality that makes the farm pleasant for many guests. One does not sit in an anonymous café but on a farm with its own production, seasonal products, and visible everyday references. This creates an authenticity that is often sought but rarely found in gastronomy. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/hofladen/))

Another strong magnet is the first Friday of the month. Then, Biohof Schlarb invites to the white sausage breakfast or white sausage meal. The website describes that regional organic white sausages are served with pretzels and sweet mustard. Additionally, other warm and vegetarian components are mentioned, such as Wieners, Debreziners, and a vegetarian meal with pressed dumplings, chive pretzels, cheese bread, or potato dishes. This makes the monthly format more than just a brunch appointment: it is a regionally shaped farm event that brings together food, encounters, and farm atmosphere. For those looking for Biohof Schlarb photos or Biohof Schlarb farm café, this aspect is interesting because it shows the community feeling of the place. Reservations can be made by phone or email. This indicates that the farm works with manageable, planable groups and takes personal communication seriously. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/))

Furthermore, the farm economy is also suitable for celebrations and smaller events. Mentioned are club celebrations, baptisms, birthdays, company parties, and seminars. For groups between 20 and 38 people, the setting is particularly suitable; with nice beer garden weather, more guests are also possible. This is a clear, realistic size that is not aimed at large-scale events but at individual occasions. For seekers asking for a location with a personal touch in the Kolbermoor area, this is an important added value. The farm economy not only offers seating but also a place where one can speak, eat, and celebrate in peace. The proximity to nature and the manageable size create an atmosphere that works for family celebrations as well as for small business meetings. This usability in combination with the farm character makes Biohof Schlarb a special address in the region. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/hofwirtschaft-k%C3%BCche/))

Vegetable Cultivation, Bioland, and the Path from Field to Farm Shop

The foundation of Biohof Schlarb is vegetable cultivation. The operation describes itself as a family business that has steadily grown since 2012 and pursues the idea of cultivating vegetables on its own field and marketing them directly. The farm shop emerged from this approach and has been operated with regular opening hours since 2013. For many customers, this is precisely the reason why the farm appears credible: The goods do not come from an opaque system but from a comprehensible cycle on the farm itself. The range has expanded over the years, but the basic idea has remained the same. The path of the vegetables is short, transparent, and tied to the rhythm of the seasons. This applies to the shop as well as to the markets and the farm economy. Those interested in Biohof Schlarb Bioland will find here not just a label but a concrete operational concept. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/unser-hof/unsere-geschichte/))

Particularly formative is the description of the natural cycle on the farm. The mother cow herd is part of it, according to the website, and the nutrients for the fields come from mature manure, bark mulch, compost, a rotating cultivation plan, and cover crops. This way of farming is typical for an operation that understands soil fertility not as a side issue but as the core of its work. The peat soil is described as demanding but also particularly rich when carefully managed. The farm cultivates a variety of types year-round and uses seasonal planning as well as protected cultivation in greenhouses for fruit and winter vegetables. Potatoes thrive particularly well on the marshy soil and are even referred to by some customers as marsh potatoes. Since 2018, the farm has also been cultivating food grains, a large part of which can be marketed itself. This shows a business that has not relied on a single product but has sensibly combined several pillars. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/unser-hof/))

The ecological working method is clearly formulated. The farm refrains from chemical or synthetic plant protection, mineral fertilizers, and non-organic seeds; instead, according to its own statements, only organic seeds are used, 100 percent free of genetic engineering. Additionally, Slow Food states that Biohof Schlarb has been a member of the Bioland association since March 2012 and operates according to the guidelines of organic farming. This is important information for all those who pay attention to credible standards in their search for Biohof Schlarb Kolbermoor or Biohof Schlarb Bioland. Because organic here is not just a marketing term but part of a documented cultivation and sales system. In conjunction with its own vegetable cultivation, market stalls, and farm economy, a coherent overall picture emerges. The farm shows that organic in everyday life means work: soil care, crop rotation, seasonal thinking, and the willingness to take responsibility for the food chain. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/unser-hof/))

The history of the farm illustrates this development very clearly. The first sales counter was, according to the website, a beer table on which freshly harvested field crops were available for self-service. Later, a small, regular marketing was added, and from the improvised start grew a farm shop with fixed opening hours. This origin is important because it shows that Biohof Schlarb did not emerge as a finished showcase but from practical demand and continuous development. This also explains the close connection between production and sales. The farm is not simply a place where products are offered but a place where the products have actually been created beforehand. For visitors, this makes the farm visit comprehensible and authentic. The path from the field to the shop remains short, visible, and credible. This precisely distinguishes the operation from many other sales points in the region. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/unser-hof/unsere-geschichte/))

Products, Market Stalls, and Why Biohof Schlarb is Regionally Valued

A key reason for the attention surrounding Biohof Schlarb is the variety of products. The focus is on vegetables from its own cultivation, offered seasonally and fresh. The website mentions, among other things, salads, kohlrabi, fennel, spinach, onions, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, cucumbers, and herbs. Additionally, there are young plants and various vegetable types in the current season, such as salads, fennel, celery, herbs, and pointed cabbage. Tomatoes in various varieties, peppers, and chili come from its own cultivation. This mix shows that the farm is interesting for both everyday shopping and starting a garden in spring. Those searching for Biohof Schlarb photos will primarily get an impression of this production-related variety on the website and in the embedded images. The range is therefore not a coincidence but an expression of an agricultural plan that is oriented towards the annual cycle. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/))

A second important pillar is the meat offering. Biohof Schlarb mentions on its homepage its own beef packages in various sizes, with mixed packages as well as separate prices for ox meat and minced meat. The website also points to the mother cow husbandry, which is integrated into the natural cycle of the operation. Although the focus is clearly on vegetables, this offering shows that the farm connects several branches of operation. For some customers, this is crucial because they want to source not only vegetables but also other products from a trusted source. Additionally, there are regularly changing events such as the young plant market or special promotions in the farm shop. The combination of vegetables, meat, and seasonal actions makes Biohof Schlarb a versatile direct marketer that continuously engages its customers throughout the year. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/))

The market stalls are also part of the regional significance. The farm appears on Fridays in Bad Aibling and on Saturdays in Bad Feilnbach and Fischbachau, with Slow Food additionally mentioning a location in Berg near Ostermünchen. This is not only practical for customers but also a sign of how the farm is perceived in the region. Market stalls create direct encounters, questions about the product can be answered immediately, and the connection between production and sales remains intact. This is precisely why direct marketing is so important for the farm. It strengthens the bond with the region and keeps the distances short. At the same time, it is proof that the farm does not only live from the shop but is actively present in several locations. Therefore, those looking for a reliable organic provider in and around Kolbermoor find here a business with regional reach and a clear signature. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/))

Why is Biohof Schlarb regionally valued? Because it combines many things that are sought after today: traceable origin, organic management, personal accessibility, seasonal range, and an offering that goes beyond mere sales. The farm is agriculturally shaped but simultaneously open to visitors. It is small enough to feel personal and large enough to offer real variety. The farm economy turns shopping into a visit, the shop makes the farm a destination, and the market stalls make the operation a visible part of the region. Additionally, the farm has been working on its concept for years and has not only recently focused on organic and regionality. This continuity fosters trust. So, those searching for Biohof Schlarb Kolbermoor, Biohof Schlarb opening hours, farm shop Biohof Schlarb Kolbermoor, or Biohof Schlarp are essentially looking for a place where good products, genuine origin, and a calm atmosphere come together. Biohof Schlarb fulfills exactly this image. ([biohofschlarb.de](https://www.biohofschlarb.de/unser-hof/))

Outstanding organic farm with a beautiful shop. The goods are always fresh, great selection. Not just fruits and vegetables, but also some essentials like cheese, yogurt, muesli. Their bread made from their own flour tastes delicious. I also appreciate that every first Friday they offer Weisswurst with pretzels, and you can sit back and enjoy in the guest room. The saleswomen are always friendly, nice, and helpful. I can only recommend the Schlarb organic farm.

In fact, we could come even more often 😅 Whether it's fruits, vegetables, a bit of cheese now and then, or meat (packages) - we always feel exceptionally well taken care of by the Schlarb family 🌞👍🏻 Especially if you're from the area, you should definitely check this place out!
