Rediscovering Motivation: Creative Career Workshop in Prien
On Wednesday, October 28, 2026, Assunta Crux invites you to a special career workshop at the Old Villa in Prien am Chiemsee. In a small group, creative crafting, personal exchange, and career orientation come together. The focus is on the question of what truly drives people in their jobs and what makes them happy to get up in the morning.
Creativity as a Path to New Perspectives
When hands create, thoughts often arise that don’t get space in everyday life. While crafting, participants discuss topics that occupy them in life or work. The calm event atmosphere creates a personal event experience that connects reflection, exchange, and new ideas.
What Motivates Me at Work?
The career workshop addresses central questions of career orientation: What is important to me in my job? What motivates me? What makes me happy to get up in the morning? As a coach and career advisor, Assunta Crux will guide the evening with professional knowledge and practical orientation.
Personal Exchange in a Small Group
The format is aimed at individuals who wish to consciously perceive their professional desires and gain new impulses for their development. The small group allows for direct conversations, a concentrated audience atmosphere, and a protected framework for personal thoughts. Craft materials, drinks, and snacks are included in the ticket price.
Professional Classification and Event Planning
Assunta Crux works with people who want to move from mere functioning back to creating and doing. The offerings include holistic study and career advising, career coaching, as well as workshops, training, and moderation for organizations and leaders. Thus, the event connects personal audience engagement with professional coaching and practical event planning.
Conclusion: Taking Motivation into One's Own Hands
The career workshop promises an inspiring evening of creative activity, honest exchange, and new perspectives on work and personal goals. Those who want to better understand their own motivation and reflect on professional topics in a pleasant atmosphere will experience this coaching and workshop format best live at the Old Villa.
