FRIDA. brings German-Bavarian pop to the historic old town of Wasserburg
On Saturday, October 31, 2026, Hofstatt in Wasserburg am Inn will become an open stage for handmade German-Bavarian pop. FRIDA. will shape the musical Saturday with live music outdoors – free of charge and right in the middle of the historic old town.
Acoustic pop meets pulsating pop-rock
The music of FRIDA. moves between harmonious acoustic pop and energetic pop-rock. Bavarian language, catchy melodies, and a direct stage performance combine to create a sound that is approachable, modern, and firmly rooted in the local music scene.
Live music from 10:30 AM
The musical Saturday begins at 10:30 AM and runs until 1:00 PM. During this time, FRIDA. will fill Hofstatt with musical energy while visitors stroll through the Wasserburg old town, experience the weekly market, and enjoy the morning accompanied by live music.
Bavarian hits and familiar melodies
The repertoire of FRIDA. includes Bavarian interpretations of well-known songs. With a Bavarian version of Timber, a dialect version of Despacito, and the Wellerman Wiesn Remix, the group shows how international pop ideas can merge with regional dialects and their own touch.
Musical Saturday in Hofstatt
The concert series by the Economic Development Association of Wasserburg brings different styles to the city from the end of March to the end of October. From jazz, swing, and world music to rock, pop, and folk music, a varied open-air series takes place in changing locations in the old town. FRIDA. will conclude the 2026 program on October 31.
Conclusion: Free concert experience outdoors
Visitors can expect a relaxed yet lively concert morning with German-Bavarian pop, old town flair, and free admission. Anyone who wants to experience FRIDA. live and musically discover Wasserburg should save the date of October 31, 2026.
